DAY 1:
Check in at the end of the day in the Valley of Conflent and in the picturesque thermal village of Vernet les Bains, you will be greeted by your hosts at the Princess hotel ** (Logis de France, 2 chimneys). A welcome drink wil be offered and an introduction to your program for the week will be presented, followed by a traditionnal dinner.

DAY 2:
After breakfast, departure for a visit of Villefranche de Conflent, a medieval fortified city with its pleasantly preserved castle walls, a roman church and its typically small streets.
Lunch at a typical restaurant in Villefranche.
In the afternoon, you will visit the caves of the great Canalettes offering superb sound and light in the heart of stalactites.
Return to your hotel, while on the road, there will be a stop to visit the Romanesqu church and its famous Virgin at Corneilla de Conflent.
Dinner and Bingo Night at the hotel.

DAY 3: 
Morning departure, after breakfast, for a discovery tour of Collioure, a small Mediterranean port situated between his church and the royal castle. You can enjoy a walk through the colorful streets dear to painters.
Tasting of the culinary specialty in Collioure, the anchovies.
Lunch in Banyuls on the sea. 
At 2 o'clock, you will share a very special moment with a wine cultivator / guide, who will accompany you throught the wineyards of Banyuls and Collioure, the winemaker will offer you a wine tasting of his exceptional wines under the extraordinary context of the large wine caves of the Cellier des Templiers (2 1/2 hours accompanied tour).
Return in the evening to Vernet les Bains and stop in Milles for a visit of the oil mill (olives).
Dinner at your hotel.

DAY 4:
After breakfast, departure to visit the Abbey of St Michel de Cuxa, a Pre-Roman abbey with a cloister made of pink marble from the twelfth century.
Discovery of a traditional Catalan workshop: garnet jewelry in a creative workshop in Prades.
Lunch at the hotel.
Relaxing afternoon in the natural warm baths of Vernet les Bains.
Back to the hotel and dinner.

DAY 5:
After breakfast, explore Perpignan, the capital of the kings of Mallorca. In the morning, tour of the Old Town (Gothic cathedral, remains of ramparts, Castillet (entrance included), the lodge sea ...).
Meal in a Catalan brasserie in the heart of the city.
Free time in the city for a little bit of shopping and then in the afternoon, you will visit the magnificent center of Romans sculptures of Cabestany, followed by a tasting of Catalan specialities in the manufacturing workshop of Rousquilles Confections of Tech and observe their productions.
Return to your hotel in Vernet les Bains and dinner.

DAY 6:
After breakfast, departure for a visit to the Prieuré of Serrabonne a remarkable roman monastery nestled in a wild and natural landscape with a beautiful pink marble podium of the XIIth century.
Lunch in a farm of the valley.
Visit of the medieval village of Castelnou, classified as one of the most beautiful village of France, with its narrow streets and ramparts.
Then visit the BYHRR wine caves (sweet bubble wine) and tasting. Discover the metal structures designed by Gustave Effel and its huge maceration tank.
Back at the hotel for dinner.

DAY 7:
Departure for your place of residence.
